Engineered Quartz is a manmade product created mostly from natural materials. It's made of 90 to 94 percent ground quartz and 6 to 10 percent resins and pigments that are combined into durable and nonporous slabs whereas Quartz is major filler although other material like coloured glass, shells, metals might be added by it cannot be as much useful as other quartz. A typical Quartz Material consist 93% quartz by weight and 7% of resin. Different types of resins are used by different Manufacturers.
